Compressed Coco Peat Blocks

Cocopeat is a 100% natural organic growing medium and soil conditioner suitable for a variety of horticultural and hydroponic applications.

Cocopeat, also known as ‘coir fibre pith’, is made up of the fibre and pith that remains after the long coir fibre is extracted from the coconut husk.

King Hydroponics delivers compressed coco peat blocks as per below properties:

  • Coco pith available in 5 kgs: 30cms X 30cms X 11 to 13cms size with 1: 5 compression ratio.
  • Coco pith material perfectly suites as growing media for flower and vegetables cultivation as well as uses for potting soil mixtures.
  • Moisture content controlled < 18%
  • As per customer requirement, naked blocks are loaded as bulk form or palletized and delivered to the customer.

Type of blocks/products available as:

  • Low EC(Both RHP certified and non RHP) blocks: Washed material, < 0.5, < 1.0 and < 1.5 mS/cm.
  • High EC blocks: Unwashed, EC between 1.5 to 4 mS/cm.
  • Buffered (RHP certified and non RHP) blocks: Washed, treated, < 0.6 (super fine quality) and < 1.0mS/cm. Available exclusive unit for this product in big scale.
  • Owning fiber mill along with 4 tied up locations of fiber mills.

Packing and transport method application:

  • Palletizing, stretching/ wrapping done with plastic strings and poly film wrapped.
  • Each Pallet occupies approximately 235 blocks and 20 pallets in 40 feet container. Pallet measured as 110 cmsX 115 cms.
  • Individual blocks optioned for wrapping, poly baggage with customer brand name/label as per customer requirement.
  • Has own Freight forwarding agency as a sister concern.
